This hotel is quite central. Family rooms are spacious and located conveniently - breakfast is really tasty, pool area is great to chill out. They have friendly staff and the rooms are cleaned properly daily.

This hotel has not lost its very pleasant touch.Great.friendly staff.John.Maria.Dumisani Shadrack are so gracious and polite.welcome is so cordial...from Frans to dapper Elliot make one feel so comfy.unlike most hotels the Gm is a visible presence.shes very amiable and welcoming...super efficient.Has a oersonal touch.Thank u Rethebile.Rooms are clean and spacious with the bonus of a fridge upon request.just a little request:weekend breakfasts are sumptuous .weekdays are mediocre. IM SURE THAT THIS WILL BE RECTIFIED.

Have been staying here for many years. The only setback i have and seen over long weekends and holiday season.....the hotel has alot of Muslim guests...8 am 1 of many, they do not cater at all for us at breakfast in a big variety at all.
That is very saddening to me, since this would be a very big plus point in Bussiness for this hotel specifically. Your guest count will with out doubt tripple instantly if u do it and advertise

Well beyond the Hotel's standard offerings there's other complementary neighbours within the vicinity, for Italian food variety, play facilities for children, and indeed the venue itself lives up to its star rating, the parking however is mostly open parking type set up.

Breakfast was decent but would recommend more halaal options. Rooms were neat although needs a bit of an upgrade. No lifts. The TV in our room was unclear. Overall it was a good stay and we had a relaxing time.
