The most incompetent serviced apartments ever! Reception is supposed to open at 8am but only arrives at 9am if you’re lucky! Gym facilities do not work and knowingly hosts what clearly appears to be working girls walking in and out with different men. Stay away!

Service wasn't that great,leakage in bathroom, no backup for loadshedding and they don't replace tea condiments although I booked for 2 nights.

Innov8 is a great space, well kept and clean.

1. They don't change the bedding daily
2. Their studio apartments don't have microwaves, now imagine a week's stay with no microwave.

Apart from that, the staff is great and the location is perfect.

The modern apartments were worth the price, but I still prefer comfort and peace. This place is very loud and a lot of old men are seen coming and going with young girls. The way the rooms are situated there's not much privacy especially when it comes to sound barriers. Our neighbour's we had were extremely loud till early hours of the morning and fighting could be heard making you fear your security. We felt like we were spending the night in a cheap hotel with a dorm room set up.

These apartments are well serviced and clean, the wifi speed is good.The cleaning service is convenient. They need bigger bath towels and should look into offering better complimentary instant coffee.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The neighbourhood is nice and safe and there are some nice restaurants around that we visited by car. The building is protected with a gate and there is a big parking area in the inner courtyard. Our check-in was fast and without any difficulties. Anyone in this hotel was really friendly.
We liked our room because it was spacious, bright and clean (especially the bathroom) . Furthermore we can recommend the gym.
Nice hotel for discovering Johannesburg!

Other guests were so loud and with the apartments being so close to each other you can hear everything... music, fighting, swearing and shouting. They swore me when I asked them to quieten down. Staff did nothing about it. No power for 4.5 hours. No torches provided. No hairdryer. Major f-u attitude from front desk lady chewing gum. Ordered a sandwich from Cafe restaurant which took 45 minutes. It's was edible. Overall an absolutely horrible experience.
