Breakfast was fair, the egg orders were mixed up one morning, the buffet hot food was not kept hot, the bread was not really fresh and the jams were all a bit tacky. The staff were nevertheless very helpful and willing to please,
Overall the visit was really great and we did enjoy the hotel and all the facilities, would certainly come back again and recommend to friends and family. Lovely atmosphere as well as friendly, willing and helpful staff

We used their conference facilities which were good. The mid morning and mid afternoon snacks were good. The lunch was great and catered for everyone including the vegan in the group even though the catering staff weren't informed ahead of time. Well mannered and professional staff.

The hotel is okay. Not as nice as the Faircity Quatermain. Service is good. The hotel is noisy, you can hear staff talking and preparing for breakfast very early in the morning. They should be trained to work very quietly. I loved the hard beds and comfortable pillows.

If you are looking for an old fashioned, rustic style hotel. Then this is the place for you. Everything about it is homely and warm. The structure is quite old so the taps make a sound when you open the water. If you can get over that then you will feel at home and enjoy yourself to the fullest.

Very badly run. People in charge don't seem to be at all qualified for the job. No information given on the hotel or amenities. Extremely noisy. Not 4 star. Woman in bar had no clue about drinks. When I eventually got the win. ne is ordered she had no clue how to open it. Cork...had to fetch someone to open it. Totally horrific

The staff at Faircity Falstaff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with wonderful variety and beetroot juice (a highlight). I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Been there a couple of times.

The staff is friendly and provides great service.
The restaurant food is good.
The prices are very competitive for the area.
Free shuttle to close-by areas such as Sandton city or AVIS rent-a-car.
