With well over 1000 different whiskeys to try, this place is an absolute gem. The guys that work there are extremely knowledgeable and are happy to give you a bit of background on a specific scotch or even assist in taking you through a tasting journey. If you like whiskey and you have not been to this bar. You are missing out on something great.

BEST WHISKEY EXPERIENCE!

I had the pleasure of having a private tasting recently. It was such a pleasant experience to be able to learn more about appreciating whiskey.

I was very impressed with the following:
1. Wide selections of whiskey on offer.
2. Friendly and super competent staff.
3. Class of the setup.
4. Private room was classy, intimate and just the perfect setting for a group of people to appreciate the whiskey tasting experience.
5. The tasting was unrushed and that made me enjoy it even more.

I wish for this establishment to expand to more locations in the future to allow for more people to experience this!

PS: I hope more people can support gems like these more often to allow them to keep their doors open

Will definitely recommend this place and be back very soon!

What an amazing experience!
Eddy is extremely knowledgeable on all things whisky.
We tried the Irish route and was amazed by all the different whiskeys: with their flavours and smells.
We will be back soon to venture down the next route.

This is absolutely spectacular place for anyone, who appreciates whisky.

Selection of 1400 different whiskys, knowledgeable and friendly staff (special shout-out to Eddy), great atmosphere and ambiance - it's flawless, really!

What an incredible experience to have done the Private Intro to Scotch Whiskey Tasting at Whiskey Brother Bar in Morningside... the private tasting takes place in a comfortable and cosy back room away from the crowd in the bar and we were blown away by our presenter Fortune..
He completely added to the fantastic experience we had... super knowledgeable, very friendly and just a great all round guy that really knows his whiskeys..and as it was a birthday suprise for my boyfriend - Fortune made it a little more spectacular with some great tasting additions!
I would definitely recommend trying their whiskey tasting for the experience.. they also make a damn good old-fashioned! This place is a gem find that we'll be visiting frequently!

This is an experience owed to you if you appreciate Whiskey. There is a HUGE array of whiskeys to choose from. The sommelier is highly knowledgeable of the stocks (over 1300 different varieties). We spoke at length about the various histories, origins, techniques used etc. Well worth a visit folks.

Did the Private Whiskey tasting. Fortune was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Was definitely an amazing experience. The Bar itself is huge. Has so many choices for you to experience new tastes in Whiskey. Definitely a must try to taste whiskys from the world and learn more about the place.
