The Hussar Grill really delivers top quality steak, and if you enjoy extra strong flavours, the blue cheese sauce is deliciously potent. There are plenty of other enticing options, and a great ambience. I will always have good memories of this spot!!

Lovely place for a date night or a business dinner or lunch. Service was good with top quality food. Prices are a bit on the high side but I suppose you get what you pay for.

Abel is one the managers, who arranged booking and saw to us for the afternoon. We were offered the Date Night menu. Few options to choose from for starters and mains. We opted for the creamy chicken livers and the crispy calamari strips. Calamari was nice and tender, but still crispy on outside. For mains, we ordered the gourmet burger with blue cheese crumble and biltong and.one with bacon. Patty was a bit over, for the medium ordered. Again, the old oil grill taste on the meat. Unfortunately, not something to be enjoyed. Waitress was friendly and attentive.

The food was absolutely AMAZING! The service was incredible- everyone worked as a team. Hussar Grill spoilt my mum rotten for her birthday. Would highly reccomend Hassar Grill!

I am a real steak freak and I have to say I have just had the best steak of my life at the Hussar Grill in Morningside.

We dropped in on the for spur of the moment for drinks and were we pleasantly surprised. We were welcomed and offered a great table close to the bar section, ordered our first rounds and then benefited from delicious garlic u0026 rosemary olives as well as crispy root vegetable chips offered on the house. Service was fast and friendly. Upon asking for the bill we were offered complimentary chocolate vodkatinis which we sipped on for ten more minutes. This restaurant is keen to attract and retain customers! We will definitely go again soon. Especially on a Tuesday night when they offer a date night set menu option which seems very delightful.
