AVOID HOTEL!!

Booked this hotel from Kenya. When I landed I asked to confirm my booking. Apparently it wasn't there. They didn't pick calls and then on the 4th day, the manager picks and says he's hearing from me the first time. I say I would like a refund because their policy allows.

That's when the games Begin.

Call me tomorrow at 10am
The Manager has stepped out
The manager is unwell

Then I suggest to stay there for a booking that I paid for. That is also impossible, according to them.

I doubt they will refund the money, but these are the kinds of hotels that would organise you to get harmed.

My experience was really horrible. The staff is not welcoming at all. The kitchen is dirty OMG they don't bother cleaning it. They don't change your towels for days on end they don't clean rooms everyday and if you dare to ask why they just give you more attitude. The Lady and gentleman at the reception are really rude. Basically it's nothing like the establishment they make it out to be on their site. It needs a lot of improvement staff wise. .

Lovely place to stay, rates are not bad. Unfortunately they don’t include breakfast in this rate, which would be more ideal.
Great facilities in the room. Loved that it was clean. Will definitely go back when I need a place to stay!

The staff was rude and incompetent, the lady at the reception in particular! The kitchen was filthy and would go for two days without being cleaned, there are no pots and kitchen utensils. The rooms were not cleaned and when we inquired about this the receptionist was rude and told us that they do not clean daily. Our towels were not changed in over three days. The establishment needs a lot of work, including staff training especially on how to be adequate as a receptionist, considering she deals with customers all the time. This was my worst experience together with my sister thus far. I would not recommend this place. It is not at all as advertised.

We booked In and gave us a room was neat but the toilet was leaking, we called in they maintainance guy took check the problem said all is good, then whilst showering after I get out the water was right un the bed room,
We then asked for the room to be changed since I have a four year old who can slip,
They took maybe four hours to get us into nother room, yet there where very less guests, next room worst there's no hot water so my husband and I go down to the reception it was so cold and it was raining very bad , was very disappointed because all I asked the manager about the room and I wanted a refund because the service was terrible and he started screaming at both my husband and I and was very rude and insist I stay and did not refund my money. I will not go there again.

Old run down and dirty - has that look of "you could rent a room for an hour" kinda vibe. The staff rude and clueless. Even after I ticked a box as well as hung do not disturb on door they still came in and "cleaned up" . All my personal items had been moved around, so glad I never left anything behind of any value!
Do not not stay here! Do not let someone from your office book this place for you! Read all the comments before you book any accommodation!

I paid R75 for this breakfast, shower is leaking, it's a room for 2 people but there is only 1 plug to charge a phone and there is things to replace/repairs, room is oky bathroom is big, but is a rip off for everything u buy here. Shalom
