So we have been supporting The Paulshof branch over 2 years, and never had any bad experience, always fresh, good tasting, with out a doubt the best sushi, and worth the money!
unfortunately I’m not sure if you have new management, but the sushi lately is not fresh at all, it was so disappointing, absolutely the worst sushi experience and for me to say it from you guys are so sad!
I haven’t seen the old manager lately, and figure that there is a new one, not interacting with any customers, or friendly at all.
We really don’t want to stop supporting you guys, and hope that the quality of your food will get 5 star rating again soon????
But for now you won’t see us again soon.

Service was poor. An hour wait for a single four piece cucumber and rice sushi plate is unacceptable! You are running a special, have the decency to have enough staff to handle the demand. Your staff needs to learn not to go into defensive when a customer is sharing their disappointment. 15 min wait is acceptable, an hour… I think not! Do better.

Sent two meals back (in photo)????. The most unappetizing meal to look at and the taste wasn't any better. We ended up having Woolworths sandwiches at the table.

They recently opened up but you can see they still need to learn a lot. The service is extremely slow no matter if you order take away or sit down. (been there about 4 times already as it is close to work, same result every time at different times during the day). I also feel they need to figure out the spices amount as "medium" is sometimes VERY HOT and the next time almost non existent.

The must be running a 10% food cost with their low value menu, I ordered a seafood green curry with extra seafood (R200) and got 6 tiny prawns with the vein in, 8 calamari rings and a watery sauce with a hockey puck of rice. Absolute joke.

The 201 is delicious, full of flavor. I have ordered it twice. The 303 which is chilli basil is delicious. I always order it. On one occasion the beef was not correct it was hard with no flavor, it tasted like minute steaks but the owner called me and told me "she thinks they must have over cooked it". I think the meat had been frozen. I ordered a side dish of veggies and it was horrible. I complained about the portion. Not even a fu piece of cauliflower or brocolli. The owner told me each portion is supposed to be 30fg but it is very obvious I was not served 30g for each item. I actually took a picture as I was shocked at what I was served. Plus it was all soggy. Today I ordered the 303 again, the flavor was absolutely amazing but the meat was a little dry and hard. Definitely not good quality but 5 stars for flavor
