Best facilities in the area. Love the unisex Sauna and steam room that are facing the pool for swimmers. Gym floor is nice and open. The studio sound and view of Northriding area is fantastic.

Very nice gym in the Fourways area. Decently big. Can get a bit full during peak hours. Reasonably priced trainers. There is a kauai inside the gym as well as a computer workstation.

Very friendly staff and a nice location with easy access from Fourways, the layout and equipment seem a bit outdated but more than functional for a good workout. The lap pool is large and there is a co-gender sauna and steam room available.

If I could give zero stars I would .. DO ... NOT ... GO ... THERE !
My partner went for a shower locking his locker with a padlock and when he came back he found his bag opened on the floor with his phone and headphones being stolen. The manager on duty then had the audacity to tell him that "these locks are not good enough" and they have not reported the incident nor have made announcements for others to be aware. At the same time we learnt that the incident happened to few other people at the same time and also few days before that !!! PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR u0026 NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
