Excellent and friendly gym, not far from downtown Stellenbosh.
Easy and free parking.
Machines are good and if you’re into boxing it is also available with all equipment!

Great and helpful staff, fully equipped and amazing trainers. The gym is small and more personal, making it easy to form community and the service is individually tailored.

Amazing staff! Great facility and awesome classes! Very friendly community. Bonus points for the sweet playlists too! Would highly recommend any and everyone try a free class.

Great work out facility! Very nice group of members too, made friends with many of them on the first day aposed to the big chain gyms like virgin active where nobody ever talks.
