After having had two bad experiences with Fishaways in the Boord, Stellenbosch last year, for which they refunded me after a lot of complaining (who wants to complain if you only want to go and pick up a simple meal and have it at your house?), I decided to give them a go again tonight.
The estimated time for the food to be prepared was 18:26. I arrived there at 18:40 and my food was still not ready (it was a simple order). I was treated rather rudely at the counter when I told the staff member without a name plaque that the app had said that that my food was ready.
I waited until 19:00. By then I was fuming but quiet. The lady in question handed over the food without so much as an apology. I told her that she could, at least, have apologised.
At home I discovered that my two cole slaws were not in the bag.
