I can highly recommend you give the Lovane Boutique Winery a try if you are in the area. As you enter the restaurant you have a set of stairs leading you down towards the cellar where the tasting room is also located. The tasting room is small and intimate with glass doors that lead into the cellar, making for nice photo opportunities. They have a nice variety of wines to taste, with their Isikhati Red Blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot) being our clear favourite. Although this is a boutique winery their prices weren't exorbitant so you can take some of the love home with you. The lady that did our tasting was also very welcoming, friendly and informative. We will definitely be back.

Wines are world class. Sevice is excellent. That's coming from someone who has tried top Spanish red wines.

What made Lovane one of the best bnb experiences I have ever had the pleasure to relax in is not the amazing breakfast, the serene atmosphere, the stunning mountain-meets-farmland paradise or even the exceptional wine - the service, friendliness and professionalism of the estate is something above and beyond even the highest expectations.

The rates are respectable and the intimate wine tasting experience is everything you could want from a boutique BnB in Stellenbosch. The fact that it's extremely close to the main town and farmland excursions only makes Lovane as convenient as it is lovely.

My Fiancé and I throughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and will definitely be coming back. Don't miss out on this one of a kind experience.

This place is a hidden gem in Stellenbosch (and its surroundings). We got a bottle of red wine as our complimentary drink, how special. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles (thank you ladies). The room is clean, spacious, and there is a Nespresso machine (my favorite). We had a nice wintle tasting experience (thank you Charlone). Definitely will come back again (and again) ❤️

Arrived earlier today and was greated by friendly staff and a bottle of their delicious wine. Taken to our room where we walked into a beautiful cozy place and very spacious. More compliments to come this weekend as we continue our stay.
