I've been here on two occasions and there service is exceptional and affordable. They have offered complentary wines on both occasions.

The wine and food pairing is recommended (R150pp).

Their pizzas are also really good. Priced from R75 to R140.

The chocolate and wine tasting is also really good.

If you use the entertainer app you can get special discounts like buy 2 and get 1 free.

I did the story tasting, which was 4 wines and the Noble late harvest. It was truely great experience with the history of the farm being explained through the tasting. Well worth a visitâť—

Wine was good, view exceptional and found a wee coffee shop on site????

Beautiful, historic estate with an excellent collection of wine.

We had the summer flash food pairing and were taken on a journey through the wines of the estate.

Not pretentious by any means and super friendly staff

Simply amazing. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Wines are top of the line. Recommended is the Owl post Pinotage and the blended Bourdeaux.

This is a beautiful winery for sure, tables were fully booked outside but we still had fun inside. Music selection was excellent and there wine tasting was also tops, the wine itself has a fabulous balanced acidity which lead us to take some home as well. The red did not taste the same at our dinner after our tasting as we were chasing the same as what we experienced with the tasting session but maybe it was a different vintage not sure - make sure you order your food at 14:30 as these guys do not bend backwards for you and close just before 16:00 then they make sure you get up and leave, you would swear we are in Frankfurt but staff very knowledgeable

Not happy. We arrived and was told they don't have card facilities for wine tasting, so we needed to pay cash. It was a big group, we didn't have that amount of cash with us. The staff were not willing to accoodate us with alternatives, Snapscan or EFT. We then walked over and asked at the restaurant. They do have Snapscan and card facilities, they were willing for us to pay them then they will settle with the wine tasting side, but the wine tasting side was unwilling again. We traveled for an hour to try this specific wine tasting but was basically shown away.
So, we went to Skilpadvlei across the road and had a lovely time there, spent a few thousand rand there instead. Would highly recommend them, great tasting for kids and wine and cheesecake tasting for adults. Great restaurant and play area for the kids.
