Food : I order oreo McFlurry ice cream and grand chicken burger meal special.
Food tasted good

Order was incorrect... it's seems to be the theme across most McDonald's in South Africa ... ordered an orange juice but received a coke instead.

Service was good... staff are friendly and smiling from door to till point...

Overall 3 rating because wrong order given to me.

Looking for a good meal late at night or during the day...
Go check out McD in umhlanga..
Drive through or dine in.

Toilets are clean and neat which is an absolute plus ➕.

Please make sure you check your order before u leave.

Nb. The old oreo with the piece of biscuits was way better.. the oreo is crushed way too fine has a good taste but feels like sand in your mouth....

Very clean, even the restrooms. I'm just not sure if 45 min is the normal waiting time here. Fortunately I had company that made the wait seem a lot less than that.

The drive through and in-store orders took a short time to process and the food was fresh. The store was spotless which I appreciated with friendly staff as well as a study area nearby. There are spots around the store which is really useful for those needing a busy space to work in.

Quick and easily accessible. Pro tip don't use the drive through on Fridays, park you car and walk inside. Utilise the self service machine or order at the counter... Not that it's any quicker I just feel it's less tedious

Drive through took like 30 min to get through. Nothing fast about this. Lady came to take an order away from the menu. So I could not see the menu while ordering. Then I tried ordering at the menu and was told to order at the pay station again away from the menu. Then the long wait for cold food.

Drive-through queues extremely long, and not much order. Cars are allowed to cut the line or obstruct flow of traffic. Food was good as always, but the wait was approximately 50 mins o reach payment window.

Poor service and unfriendly staff. Ordered a Oreo Mcflurry and Chocolate milkshake for sit down. My order number disappeared of the TV screen and gone and asked to please check where is my order. They just looked at me and ignored me. I stood there few minutes and asked another lady again. She checked and fetched it for me. Or is this how they treat customers that does not order a lot. Poor service.
