Came by to fetch a card, in the 45 minutes I waited, only 3 people were seen to before me, still a further 4 people ahead of me, at this rate I widve needed to wait till about 6 pm to get any assistance. All this just to fetch a bank card, which they could deliver to me when I was available after work, at a cost of R150

Came by a second time, they said its best to come early in the morning or late evening

Cane by a 3rd time, 8.45 on a Saturday, they were closed, open at 9.
Absa Standard Bank and Nedbank were all open. Time to consider a different bank

I went in for help processing a payment request from Home Affairs. The lady at the door was so helpful and efficient. She helped me set up my online banking and showed me how to pay via the E-filing tab. I was done in less than 5min. Super service, thank you!

They helped me solve an issue in a few minutes which nobody else could solve over 2 weeks when trying to explain via email.

They also assisted me despite the store hours almost being over.

I went fnb to get proof of banking and I was told by the lady at the door that I needed to login to the computer at the bank for her to assist and when I logged on to my account then the system requested me to verify my details but my phone was off because my battery was finished then the lady told me they can't assist me bcs my phone is off which means if my phone is lost or stolen I will never get any assistance from my bank if I need proof of banking and that's very wrong for a bank not to assist me bcs my phone is off, service in that bank is very very poor.

Really, there should be an option for less than 1 star. I would put it in the negative stars. It's month end, only 1 teller working, huge que out the bank, all other banks are empty, irritated after waiting almost an hour to do a deposit, we call management, whom had a don't care attitude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Shocked at the service, considering this is a bank in a mall, and is to service the larger percentage of the public. Shocking. Looking at the other reviews, same Complaint, so they clearly could not be bothered. Whilst there was only one teller working, there were numerous fnb staff to ensure to tell you where to que or standing around doing nothing.

Fast, efficient and friendly are the few words that can best describe the service I received two days ago.
