I use the drive thru once at every end of my work week and for most part the employees at the store are very friendly/polite. The issue I have with the establishment and its employees is that they are not just consistent with the friendliness but also with getting my orders wrong every so often, which essentially takes away from the commendable personal touch (friendliness) aspect of things they seemingly have under control. It is important to train the staff on an all round near prefect type of service.
