Took my Rockrider ST100 there for a service and they replaced the chain and sprocket.

They bike was also detailed cleaned. It actually changes better gears now than when it was new.

Very professional service and I highly recommend this place.

All my years of riding and dealing with Local Bike shops , never have I experienced such genuine service. They do not take advantage to dealers warranties or other services, they pass the benefits to you. I am true happy and would recommend them as a genuine , honest and great value bike shop. I have had the great pleasure of riding from Bicycle Line and have purchased 2 MTB's from them.

You will not find a better more professionally run and genuinely customer centric business. The fact they are owner and family run means the engagement you have with them is always productive and there's no passing of any buck but also refreshingly human.

Craig has always ensured incredibly fair value on stuff we buy which is top quality from tubes to the top fuel 9.8 (LOVE).

Recovery line which is connected to Bicycle line has got, hands down, the best cappuccino (almond milk) in the east rand, the young energetic team are second to none and just create an awesome vibe you can't helping wanting to be around.

I couldn't refer anyone to a better shop for anything bike and coffee related. Awesome work Craig and team!

2022/01/18 UPDATE

I have added pictures that do a much better job of showcasing the community aspect of this incredible business and the people around it. Since this initial review we have competed in 3 day stage races (Wine 2 Whales u0026 Berg and Bush) done the 94.7, Argus and many other crazy feats we couldn't have imagined. The business is more than a cycle shop but is the only place we buy bicycles haha. highly recommend it, even if you just pop around for a coffee.

At first there was an issue and yes I stormed to social media all I now need to do Is to swallow my words and compliment the owner of this company in the way the situation was managed ,kudos to him,I will only be spreading positive news about this establishment

Hi there. I would just like to complement Bicycle line- Craig, Warren and their team for their great service. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. The assistance I received as a beginner MTBer, on the service of my tires and replacement of my rear hub was excellent! I highly recommend them to anyone(beginners - expert riders).
Oh and to mention the turn around time was also excellent.

I called the store. i arrived at the store. I made my selection, The team set the bike up for my height and riding comfort. i collected.... no problem. They actually had the bike i was looking for as opposed other stores i visited who didn't have the bike i wanted at the price range i wanted and the bike size i wanted. It's been a pleasure dealing with the people here. Every person working here are attentive, friendly and genuinely interested in assisting you.Parking is convenient as are their operating hours. 102% recommended.
