Very disappointing experience. I was in the store this morning. No staff helping on the floor in the men's section. A little inconvenient being on crutches long term when you need to use the pole to reach the ridiculously high top rack of shirts. Had to go fetch a staff member to help. She brings a longer pole and takes down one shirt and walks away. Great! I was there for five. I decided to mention the issue to the store manager. Spoke to the young lady about lack of staff on the floor and the tardy response to a request for assistance. Until the realization hit that this was the very person who delivered the tardy service. I don't use my current mobility issues as a heart-tugger. The lack of service, attention to detail and a little human compassion makes this an easy decision. Won't enter that store again.

Got a gift that I need to exchange at jet. Went last week to see what I could get as the top size was to big. They have no mediums or large size available in anything. Was so frustrating ???? went back yesterday to see if it was any better. Still no sizes. Then to ice the cake, the que was so long, waited in the store, with no music for half an hour till I got to the front. Not a store I will re visit.

Today I was kind of scammed by Jet employees to open an account at Eastrand Mall. The guy told me that there is no interest charged when u pay within six months. That moment I was in a hurry to go back to work. So the guy said he'll check if I qualify. That moment he didn't explain anything further made me sign documents and so on. I left the store without copies of the agreement. I later went back to ask them for copies of the agreement. When I got home I went through the documents and saw that I signed for insurance policies and alot of things that I didn't verbally agree to and he did not go through the documents with me. I'm so disappointed and I feel that I should actually make this thing public.

I do not know if Luyanda is a sales representative of some sort but I must say it is disgusting to say you're updating information on the system then the next morning I get an SMS saying I have signed up for a policy. I did not even sign anything. And to the management team, how do you allow promoters to be behind the till as if they form part of your employees?

I visited the store on 30 December to buy baby clothes etc for a friend who had just had a baby ???? I was assisted at the till by TSEPISO who went out of her way to help me when I had a query! Very polite, friendly, competent and helpful! She actually made my day

Quality of products are questionable. I will not purchase from here ever again. My brand new pillow cases are already opening at the seem. If the quality on these products are so pathetic I can only imagine the rest of their items. I can't even return these because I threw away the slip. Big mistake!

The service at the tills was good. You have to check the prices of every article that you put in your basket. I took two different toddler t-shirts from the same rail where the price was indicated as R29.99 in large letters. I did not check the individual prices of every item. (Next time you can be sure I will!) When I checked at home, one t-shirt was marked R59.99. Do not be mislead by die prices on top of the rails. Check the price of every article. We as consumers must be aware of these shopping traps that is set for us.
