K-way hiking equipment is amazing. I got excellent service here with absolute knowledge of the product by the staff member that assisted me. I explained what my needs were for hiking and I was shown the best product - k-way boots , K- way backpack ( expedition series ) and k-way socks
The boots kept me safe in extreme slippery conditions In a cave at the cradle of mankind and on a mountain named devils back in Hong Kong. The back pack kept me cool as there is netting vents in the back and the shoulder harnesses and it’s extremely comfortable. The socks stay where they must stay and are very comfortable even on a 10km country hike

I love entering this shop. They have the coolest things. Knives, gps devices, awesome jackets and shoes. It’s hard to leave once you get inside because you really want a bit of everything.

Staff is so rude and don't want to help, I was looking for a Medium mens jacket (not in stock online it shows there is in stock) one of the staff members said rudely "I already told her there is not take a other size" they should send staff for training at eastgate that actually will go out off their way to help!!!

Went to buy gear for our Norway adventure to chase the Northern Lights. The staff are very helpful and we got everything we needed to battle the sub zero temperatures that are expected. Thanks guys!

Absolutely love this store, very friendly staff always friendly and willing to help. Was a bit disappointed in them not having a gopro mount that I previously bought from them. But overall great shopping experience.
