Very disappointed. We ordered 2 full size lamb shwarmas and chips. It wasn't even busy. One person in front of us. What we got was 2 half chicken. The person that served us was Vanessa. We told her a number of times about the chips which were never prepared. The correct shawarma was made but still left to stand because chips not made. No apologies. She was absolutely disinterested
Will not be returning.

The one in golf reef theme park offers the best service. The staff is well mannered

I usually love Anat, those wraps were my favorite... However, the staff at ease rand mall are awful ???? the attitude, the lack of customer service and etiquette. Even the MrD drivers were far from happy with the staff. Also, the quality of the food (chicken in the wrap and the schwarma) was awful. Dry and burnt, tasteless and not at all the way I know Anat to have been. Big thumbs down from me ???????????????????????????????? I work in a customer service field and have been doing so for over 10 years, this is extensive disappointing. The sad thing is that I've overlooked the bad service over 3 times thinking "maybe it's just an off-ish day" but no. It's too much now!!!

I have been ordering weekly for quite some time but since lock down began, I keep getting beef swarma's full off fat and grissle instead off meat, which is most disappointing.... every 2nd bite needs to be spat out, cause its fat and not meat!! Hope Boksburg branch can sorted it out or I won't be ordering again!

Worse experience ever nozipho is really rude and no protocol and she took some of my meat out and put some back in the freezer owners don't care by the looks of it terrible service!

Had a full beef shawarma. It is so small. For that price. Shocking. Will never go back.
