Great store. A large variety of clothes for the whole family. A lot of great in store deals with the priced to go items. There are lots of fun qwerky accessories and very spunky trendy shoes and bags. There is enough space to walk without feeling like your in someones personal space.

Like the extended trading hours. U can shop @night????. They should add on more kids duvets and accesories @ a reasonable price though.

Absolutely horrible service, no care for customer service. False advertising.. I went in to purchase a TV on Friday 7/08/20 and the reason I went to that branch is because they said they definitely have stock.. When I got there I had to wait very long to get assistance. When I was finally helped and paid for the product I was told it's going to be brought from the back.. I waited another half hour only to be told that the tv is damaged! Then had to literally fight to get the manager to see me(Elinore). She said she can get the tv delivered to me the next week which they did but only to realize that it was a different tv with a different serial number(Paid for 127cm and they delivered 126cm). Called the store to rectify this issue and another guy named Dumisani refused to admit that it was the wrong TV, even though I had all the evidence proving that it was definitely not the same TV. Will never buy from them again..

Shocking service rude staff and no carry bags long cues and no full staff complement at the till points. Staff has no motivation to assist. The worst MPH. R1000 Sale loss as I walked out.

Big thanks to Tlali for the exceptional customer service today. He checked for a headboard that was not on the floor, that I had seen online, found it and brought it out for us. He then helped us to find a matching set of pedestals, was endlessly patient and helpful. He even took it out to the car for us.
Truly an asset to the store, and we are thrilled with the purchase. Thank you Tlali!
