Good experience!
Friendly staff.
Food prepared well.

New menu takes some getting used to.
But so far the different menu is refreshing and welcomed. Sets the franchise apart from other similar places.

One complaint. Side bins need to be moved to the back , the smell affected some tables.

Pricing is decent.

Well recommended!

Really good food and the restaurant is well maintained
We had good service so no complaints. Enjoyed a brunch with a friend. The coffee is always slightly too hot but this is franchise related rather than the individual branch.

I ordered this off Mr D. The driver called me 30 mins after he apparently arrived. The chips were dry with no seasoning whatsoever nor did they provide seasoning with the delivery and the burger was the worst I have had in a long time. The strips were much smaller than what you get at the restaurant, the bun was larger than the filling inside, there were like 6 tomatoe slices which is disgusting and there was zero flavour. I'm really disappointed. But it's safe to say I would not waste my time ordering eating in here ever again. Their quality of food at this branch is sad to say the least. Staff here seems to not take any pride in what they do or make.

The food is definitely the Mugg u0026 Bean standard, presentation is great and the flavours of the dishes meld together very well. The beverages are mediocre, and taste like cheap ingredients are used (I could distinctly taste powdered milk in my salted caramel latte) so that was disappointing. The service is really doing the bare minimum. But the overall experience is good

Went to Mu0026B East Rand Mall on Friday 26/08/2022. Have had a previous bad experience and thought I'd give the East Rand Mall another go hoping for better service, better food and an overall better experience. The last time my husband and I ordered an Eggs Benedict and when it got to the table the presentation was terrible as the whole Eggs Bennedict had arrived with bits and pieces all over the plate and the hollandaise sauce spread likewise. The food was also cold when presented. I can only assume this is because the waiter forgot to bring the food from the kitchen as it took over 30 minutes to get the food in the first place. Cold food was anticipated as we watched our waitress fratenising with the manager for most of the time that we were expecting the food to arrive. Only after asking the manager if there was an issue with the food did it arrive a short while later, Cold and with poor presentation. So now we are back and had the same general issue. Ordered the Eggs Benedict, arrived fairly promptly with no Ham, No onion Ring, half a dry hash brown not even placed on the rest of the bennedict and a slice of tomatoe also on the side. Once again poor presentation and to top it all off the Manager saw the commotion and did not even bother to check why we were not happy. I took a photo of the meal if anyone is interested in seeing it. If this is the kind of service and food I can expect from Mu0026B you can count me out of any further support.

Great coffee, expensive pies and pastries, poor service. Order for 4 coming in drips and drabs.
