The restaurant is well maintained. The service is adequate and the prices are generally better than most places. The seating is a bit limited but we were sorted out in the end. Food is good too. I'd recommend stopping in for a quick bite and drink to reenergize your shopping journey.

Pizza was cold. Garlic and herb flatbread cold and old. Poor service.

Second time waiter disappear. Poor, poor service. Had to phone restaurant from inside the restaurant to request service. Absolutely shocking.

2021 - still 3 stars:
We've been visiting this Panno since the early 80's when the Mall was small and the big wheel Family Pizza did it for all five of us. Which left us lots left over for another and another Sangria.
Now thier menu is better with their paper-thinnest in the wide world pizza base and fresh toppings, and better than anywhere in Italy Spag-Bol and Alfredo, served hot, like Sophia Loren in 'Scandal In Sorrento.'
Pat on the back for serving the bestest 'Sir Juice' OJ, but could they not just serve it in a juice glass - like restaurants do? I mean, like they serve their way too expensive wine by the small glass, not in the bottle, but in a glass - piping hot out of the box?
So ja, lots to nice about. But bring your own atmosphere.

Fresh! - i.e., the standard pizzas u0026 pastas. Always got specials going u0026 family / children friendly.

My mom and I had lunch there today and the food and drinks was excellent, their service is a bit slow ... We struggle to find our waiter twice but the rest was fine.
