I have been here for two years and this year will be my third. I have enjoyed my experience. Very nice accommodation. The people here are so welcoming. It’s secure my room is clean and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you student at home for making my experience comfortable.

Exquisite that's all I can say! 5 Stars ???? all the way.
There are different buildings in this apartment. Especially Excel Finance. This building is hell. Scam might I add.

Booked and paid deposit at end of 2021 for 2022, but was moved in to a room smaller than the original room I paid for and I was supposed to have a big fridge and 2 sharing sinks, but I have a bar fridge that I'm sharing and 1 sink and small bathroom, but I paid full price, and got told that nothing can be done. Hate this place

Noisy place, smelling of food in the hallways. Many refugees around the hotel. Dangerous to walk at night. Police dropped bombs of moral effect to drive away the crowd. Terrifying. Parking difficult to access. During our stay there was a dawn parade on the hotel street. No one warned us about it, we couldn't drive back to the hotel, we had to walk at night. Noise was until 4am in the morning. Although we complained and checked out 1 day earlier, we were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience.

Student accommodation was not as seen in the online photos, the room i got was completely different from what i paid for online, building was untidy, the room's windows were filthy, the fridge included is quite small and freezer compartment cant store more than an ice cube tray, room was not air conditioned and was extremely hot inside, Please do a physical viewing before attempting to move in as the advertising is very misleading.
