Some really gorgeous hikes and well worth a visit. Take binoculars, go slow. You can pay with a card at the gate - don't need cash. Take a windbreaker - it's almost always windy as heck. The proper restaurant has been closed since COVID and they only have a below average and overpriced mini takeaway restaurant selling limited meh food - so pack your own picnic. The coffee is good though and service always friendly.

Not the southern tip of Africa. Many more pretty capes in the area..!
Often windy and rough. Don’t come without good humor and patience to explore. Take the unbeaten path but PLEASE follow the rules and respect nature.
Thank you for visiting!

R150 entry for South Africans and R200 for foreigners. Can get pricey if you’re a car full of people. Views are to die for and the flora is breathtaking, so much beauty in this country. Make sure to pack water, hat, sunscreen and wear comfy shoes and clothes if you plan on walking up (definitely recommended!)

Extremely beautiful views. You get to see the view from different heights l which give u different perspectives. I loved this place, the scenery was breathtaking, spectacular and unique. The different coloured waters was so interesting to me. There are long trails so I recommend you wear tallies and comfortable shoes and water to drink, but the long walks are worth it. Although I do think the bathrooms need some upgrading, but otherwise it was absolutely perfect and wonderful. Definitely 5/5 stara

Wonderful scenery and well worth visiting. Plan a drive via Hout Bay on the return trip to Cape Town via Chapmans Peak.

The famous Cape Point is a must for any traveller or local. There are beautiful walks, white beaches, interesting rock formations, ship wrecks, wildlife, flowers and more. Take a trip on the vehicular to get to the top of the steep road that overlooks the point and the sea below. The entry fee is charged at a lower price if a SA citizen, with an ID.
