1) The receptionist lady, took more then 30 minutes to open the door for check in. I stood outside from 5h30 to 18h05.
2) I tried contacting the number on the website and there was no answer.
3) WIFI is always down and faulty as per the reception lady!
4) Lort, the mosquitoes ???? ate me alive. I’ve never experienced this in my life time. 5 mosquitoes at a time.
5) a mosquito sensor needs to be bought or have mosquito net at the door and windows.
6) no fan or aircon In the heat.

Nice enough accommodation if you're on a budget. The room was fairly dated. Same with pretty much everything in the rooms. But it was clean and comfortable. With 24 hour security and access control it felt quite safe, not that it's a bad neighbourhood either. Underground parking behind a gate was a bonus. There's a Woolworths Food store a very short walk away. Some restaurants and other shops as well. Within walking distance of Cape Town Stadium.
I would stay there again.

Waited almost an hour outside for the receptionist, who lives on the property, a resident made a way to get in. Didn't close an eye, it was extremely hot, the mosquitoes ate me alive. It was terrible.

The utensils were very dirty, as though someone just put them back after using, washing it was not a problem. We loved the area, the unit was specious, great value for money. We wish they could all 3 month bookings upfront, visiting a place for business or similar reasons for more than a month requires you to be there for more than a month. Week payments turn to be a bit expensive.

Very disappointing, poor service. Scheduled noisy and very loud maintenance taking place without informing guests when booking. The accommodation itself will probably fit in with a merely 1star if any. This would be ideal if you are just looking for a place to lay your head down for the night.

Money was stolen and the bag was damaged by staff while we was away. Managers does not even bother to help. Very ugly, old, unsafe and unsecured place. Do not try to stay there.
