I had a fantastic experience working with Go2Africa to plan my 9-day safari trip to Kenya! Maureen and Chanele were both excellent. They were always very quick in responding to my emails, and would also be very detailed in their answers. At one point I had to change my trip dates due to a last-minute problem, and they did a wonderful job rearranging everything without compromising on any part of the plan / comfort / luxury. Throughout our trip everything was extremely smooth - be it the pickups and transfers, or activities organized. We are extremely pleased with the services and highly recommend Go2Africa to plan your next trip!

I wouldn't reccomend using Go2Africa the overall cost of our trip versus the value we received was poor and their customer service is spotty. We spent several weeks going back and forth with unanswered emails only to get inaccurate information when we arrived on our trip. I would recommend using Kensington or Zicasso if you choose to use a tour company.

Absolutely superb experience under difficult circumstances. Had to cancel a trip to Sri Lanka on Thursday morning four days before scheduled departure. I called Go2Africa at about 11 am NY time, 5 pm Johannesburg. About one hour later I received a call back from Ashley Gerrand, and told her what I would like to see in Mauritius, Namibia (Etosha/Ongava Reserve) and Kruger (Sabi Sands Reserve), but that I had to have a plan by the following morning at 6 am NY time because I had to change our international flights by Friday evening or just cancel them, so needed to know that I had a viable plan to change into. She sent me a complete itinerary overnight and called at 6 am NY time, and by 8 am NY time everything was set.The only change I made from her proposal was to take her suggested option of self-driving rather than flying from Windhoek to Etosha to save about $2,500. Her plan included fabulous lodges and hotels, all transportation including five planes, airport transfers and a car rental company in Namibia that tracked our progress by GPS in case we had difficulties when out of cellphone range. Ashley and her staff were at all times available to be contacted by cellphone and her office followed up regularly on our progress. I cannot say enough positives. Incredible service under very difficult circumstances, and flawless execution.

What a great trip we had! Lauren was very responsive to questions u0026 quickly addressed any concerns. A couple in our group had their luggage held up stateside, but Lauren worked with our guides from Asilia as well as the coordinator of our trip u0026 managed to get theirs bags to our campsite in Serengeti! I would definitely use them again if I return to Africa.

In Covid time I choose Go2Africa because they offered me best choice of camps, lodges .
During difficult time when regulations changed every few weeks they stayed on top and help me with all details.
They also had excellent partners in Uganda and Kenya

Arista at Go2Africa arranged a superb holiday for my family and I for our recent trip to South Africa. She recommended staying at Shamwari Game Reserve at the end of our drive along the Garden Route, which turned out to be an absolutely sensation place.

Nothing went wrong during our trip and we found dealing with Go2Africa was excellent. I would recommend using them for your Southern African holiday planning.

Anja has been helping me plan a short stop over in Kenya on my way to South Africa for an extended trip. She is extremely knowledgeable and gives excellent advice on travel. She can guide you in the right direction according to what you wish to see on your travels. She is very friendly and helpful. I had a strict budget and she worked with me and got me the trip that I wanted. This will be my third trip to Africa and she has made it so easy for me I have such Peace of Mind using go2africa
