This is a great apartment and in an amazing location but I will never stay here again because of incompetent and rude staff! Despite the booking being in my name all staff (excl receptionist) only addressed my husband. Arnold went as far as to stand in front of me with his back turned to me. Even when I addressed them, they just ignored me. The whole check in process is a joke and extremely unprofessional, and to add the cherry to an already unpleasant experience, the receptionist called me at 10:30 asking (very rudely) when am I planning on checking out. Everyone here is just rude and unprofessional! It’s such a pity because it’s such a beautiful place.

The residence was the best place for me and now it has become the worst place in Cape Town. The management has changed and it has become very bad and uncooperative. In addition to that, the cleanliness they have is very bad and the mattresses are worn out, dirty and unclean. All the tools in the kitchen are not usable and the price is exaggerated. I do not recommend living in it, there are near it Hotels at the same price with the availability of services

Lawhill "Luxury" apartments. Luxury they say. Firstly, this place stinks like a sewerage plant. It is absolutely horrendous. Their washing machines don't work either. I left my sunglasses in this apartment, valued at R9000. I have requested over the past few weeks that they give me feedback related to this, to check if someone maybe picked them up, only to be shunned of with no response. They are now blatently ignoring my inquest into this. I will definitely NOT recommend this place. I have also opened a case of theft as I know for sure that I left them on the kitchen counter. I can back this up with multiple witnesses.

An unpleasant stay at unit no 002, Lawhill A apartment on the Marina Waterfront, right next to The One and Only hotel, the unit had very old broken furniture,outside deck didnt have much outdoor loungers or sofas,dirty,carpets haven't been washed ever,the curtains in the lounge area were black with dirt, the 2 rooms beds were worst with big holes when you get up, the worst being the linen,the mattress protector had big blood stains and mattress had urine stains. I was booked for 7 nights and was compensated for 2 nights

Nice apartment. Tiny and outdated tv's. Seems like these expensive places are underwhelming. Everytime I go to, prestigous, highly costly apartments, it is disappointing. Check in process is ridiculous. Check in staff are not great at all. The guy that brought us to the apartment was good though. Hence the three stars. The cleaning staff could do with training as well. Client interaction is lacking.

Excellent self catering apartment next to the One and Only Hotel at the Vu0026A waterfront. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It was walking distance from Robben Island ferry, mall, and grocery store. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view of the swimming pool/pond. The apartments are furnished beautifully only downfall was their TV which had a few channels and showed awful pictures. When asked for maintenance person to fix the TV, he never came...so we had no TV for 4 days!!!
