I cannot get through, their email stated back to work from 1 May
Above was in June, I am back to update my experience, I received acknowledgement on 7 July and I understand there will be a rush for people to rebook their booking now the nation has dropped to level 2 (my struggle for a written confirmation or email response has started prior to our check in date in April already) so I have discussed to extend my voucher from 2020 to 2021 which was agreed upon with Sonia over the phone. From then, I have been asking for confirmation in writing, till today, there is no response from Sonia.
I read such amazing review about the place so we do want to receive service/ goods for what we have paid for! All I asked was a official confirmation, If not possible then please communicate and advise on refund so I don’t have to call or email you every second day.
So to anyone reading my experience right now, I’m frustrated, we were supposed to go for a family gathering, when trying to rebook to our next gathering date was a struggle too... formal written communication of agreement from the reservation desk has been a pure struggle.
I dislike posting bad posts but the service is shocking for just a simple confirmation where agreement has been confirmed over the phone and just need confirmation in writing....
