Had a great time, courteous and attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. Could do better on the buffet. Stone throw from waterfront and red bus station. Walking distance of most amenities. Cozy little spa on first floor. Prompt room service, overall great stay. Would recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent location-- very easy to walk to the Vu0026A markets, shops, mall, aquarium, etc
Free, easily accessible parking.
The rooms are small but tidy, although there is no space provided for luggage. The doors aren't well-sealed and you can hear everything out in the hallway. But the wifi was excellent, the beds were comfy, and the location was great. Nice ambience.

The room (Dock Suite) was spacious u0026 comfortable with partial views of the Vu0026A Waterfront and Table Mountain, very close to Green Point Stadium, Mouille Point and literally a 2min walk to the Waterfront. Sadly however there was audible noise from the road in the evenings. Great selection at the buffet breakfast but the food was cold. Other than that I had a lovely stay.

The hotel was very neat. I stayed there twice, and what I noted that I was never offered help with my bags. It is very easy to check in and staff is extremely friendly. It is just a bit inconvenient to find your room as the the floor that I stayed on twice is going in a circle. It can be somehow irritated to find your room.
The restaurant is fine as I just had breakfast there twice.

It is a decent hotel next to Two Oceans Aquarium. The heater and hotwater worked perfectly for me who need warm room in the winter. The interior looks like a ship cabin, quite unique though. Completed with iron and hairdyer, perfect for me. The room is quite big and comfort, we also can use laundry service for the same day. I love the breakfast, and their coffee is so good, I ordered double espresso every morning to make me ready facing the day.

My wife and I spent a week here and although we were initially disappointed with the lackluster views and tiny room, Tawfeeq went above and beyond to make us comfortable.
The room service and staff were great too, welcoming and accommodating. Wi-fi speeds were decent with zero dropouts and I was able to get my work done comfortably. The location of the hotel is excellent; safe, secure, convenient. We will definitely be staying again!

A beautiful location in the heart of one of the most historic districts of Cape Town South Africa. Unfortunately the service is putrid especially the restaurant staff of Stonebreakers. Not hospitible at all especially to their own people. They would do good to keep in mind that along with "charity that begins at home so does everything else including hospitality"! If you treat your own, the way I've experienced, being looked down on, a nuisance, untrustworthy, unwelcome. I shudder to think how our guests in this country are being treated. I was part of a renowned international conference SEMC organising team that hosts over 80 country's delegates. In my opinion we chose the worst conference venue this time round. Disorganised and slapped together, reactive approach. Being in a five even seven star area i guess this is why they have only two stars.
