I was looking to buy a ring from Jack Friedman Jewellers as I have been a customer of theirs in the past and already knew how gorgeous their filigree rings are, but I didn't have a specific design in mind. Cassy, who works at Jack Friedman Waterfront u0026 Century City, was so kind, patient and helpful in assisting me in my search for a filigree ring which would catch my eye - which I did find, and which led to a GORGEOUSLY crafted custom order rose-gold version of the ring which she had helped me find in-store! I cannot recommend the Cape Town Jack Friedman branches highly enough to anyone who is looking for a delicate and unique filigree ring, and I would definitely recommend requesting Cassy to assist you in your search for the perfect ring - her level of customer service and dedication is unequaled!

10 STARS FOR CASSY-LEE! Cassy went above and beyond for us! She made my dream wedding band and my husband’s wedding band a reality! We had to travel overseas and needed our rings engraved, fitted and set in record time. Needless to say, it was perfect. Cassy is kind, caring, super friendly and produced miracles. Canal walk, Suraya was incredible! Not pushy, just genuine advice! Helpful! Late night Saturday night negotiations/arrangements (discretely on Wattsapp :) ) And she had the ring ready and resized by Monday afternoon, ready for my wife's birthday on Tue. Next level service. Happy wife..........

Each occasion has been totally unique and filled with expectation that Christine has certainly delivered. She is extremely warm hearted, caring and very professional. I have been to plenty of Jewellery stores during the course of engagement ring shopping and it has been tiring and overwhelming. I thank June at Jack Friedman in Waterfront for making me feel so comfortable and at ease. She was truly lovely and never pressured me, yet took her time to patiently explain things I was still very much uncertain about. She helped me choose the perfect ring like it had been made for only me. You have made what seemed a stressful journey very worth it, thank you so much we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We visited Jack Friedman a few weeks ago and are waiting on a quote to hopefully get a ring from this place. We felt like this shop had unique rings compare to others. Suraya was very helpful in getting us the perfect pick and making us comfortable with the different options offered. We are looking forward to getting our custom made ring soon!
