Please look into how your staff treats customers. They are rude and make you feel like you are bothering them. Why then have a service available if your staff are unwilling to provide it?

WOW. Everytime the coffee is great and well made. I have tried most of the coffees here and it is brilliant. The smoothies are amazing too and even my kids love them. The service is always good and staff are always friendly and helpful. Just a shame you have to be a Virgin Active member to enjoy their drinks. The food is not bad but nothing Amazing.

I bought a pricess wrap today, but asked for it to be a salad. Opened it at home and there was no chicken in it. I won't support this branch again.

I come here often and time and time again I experience lack of proper service. No greeting, no smile, not friendly at all. Having private conversations in a language I do not understand all the time? If I have to compare this, it is the “checkers” experience. “Plastic” or “ bag”.

Not customers orientated, no people skills, no idea of how to talk, engage and treat customers.

I go to Virgin active in Cape Town, just the opposite. Friendly, warm inviting!

Love Kauai ???? love all the healthy choices of food and drinks. They make the perfect pick-me-up smoothies for after a strenuous gym workout. Sometimes it's just nice to have grab a quick coffee with a good friend, they do make great coffee.

Terrible attitude towards customers and on top of that you will get a different protein shake to the one you ordered with a complimentary fly in it.

Looks nice and the smoothies are okay, but the staff helping at the till is always unfriendly and unwilling.
