Great service, Great healthy food. A pity there is no Nando's in Worcester. The locals and tourists there have a sad choice between only two (won't mention) international brands.

Meals are a lot and we have become regulars Nwabisa is a good manager and Aweto. Please stay consistent. Other is also friendly.

Drive Thru, a little limited space to drive. The speaker you talk to the staff of Nando's it seems you need to scream that they can hear you. The good thing is they gave us extra sous on the chicken when we asked them to do it. And we got to the last window and we didn't wait long to get our food. Food was nice and we enjoyed it, staff is friend and helpfull.

My chicken was properly flame grilled, water was still coming out. I went back return it, had to wait so long for another one to be made by the time they were done my lunch time was done and the chicken was overdone and hard couldn't finish it(the guy who was definitely annoyed with me for returning, so he made sure he over cook it
)

Gave the food to the wrong delivery driver. Uber Eats then cancelled my order. I lost Almost R500, no food as delivered. Manager shouted at me on the phone telling me I can come to the store and face her if I want to.

We waited very long for our order and the chicken was not tender. We were informed the chicken was in the oven, hence Nando's trademark is advertised as flame grilled, which in this case sorely missed the mark in staying true to the brand!

The coleslaw was very poorly made, as when it was decanted into a bowl, the core of the cabbage was very visible and prevalent!

I can undoubtedly say that the standard of Nando's has dropped exponentially
