I placed an online order today at 15:00. I received an email saying my order would arrive at 15:30. I called at 16:01 to check the status and was told that the delivery man had gotten lost (I live 5-10 minutes away?) and would arrive soon. My food eventually arrived at 16:23. Not only did I wait an hour and 23 minutes for my food, when I finally opened it, my order was incorrect. There was no avocado on my Macon, Avo, Feta pizza.
UPDATE: raised review from 1/5 to 3/5 stars. I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty. He apologised and offered to replace my Macon, Avo, and Feta pizza at my earliest convenience. I got a fresh pizza delivered in a speedy manner the next week.
