I visited Tyres and More at Cape Gate on 19/01/18 to test my cars shocks
I got a printout from the assistant who tested my shocks and it showed that all four shocks passed and is all in good working order.
Then the manager, Alan White, took the printout and said and wrote on the back of the printout that the 2 rear shocks needs to be replaced at a cost of R2085 (see attached photo)
I decided to get a second opinion from Hi-Q Brackenfell. All four shocks passed the test.(see attached photo)
I would just like to ask the Manager of Tyres and More Cape Gate, Mr Alan White, is this the way that you treat your customers and do honest business?????

Went to have my tyres changed. everything was fine.
Then the next time I went to change my tyre, the lock nut was missing. When I phoned to query all that was said was sorry we don't have any lock nuts here. not a single offer of a solution.
I can't see myself going near a tyres and more ever again.

Got there around 12:55 to put new tyres and I left the place 15:45. They do a very excellent job but when you go there when they are busy then you can wait for hours before getting assistance.

Desperate for a slow puncture to get fixed. We phoned 5 minutes before closing time (1pm on a Saturday).
Of which they gladly waited for us and happily assisted us with our punctures.
