HORRIBLE! I went to this establishment in June and the service is shocking. Not only waited for my food for 30 minutes, but when it eventually came and I wanted to get drinks I had to place my food on a RUBBISH BIN because the delivery drivers took over the entire store. This was food that my then pregnant wife had to consume... Today I decided to give it another shot and I ordered 6 nuggets and chips. Waited 20 minutes, delivery drivers filling the counter again and they could not offer me Mayo. A fast food establishment without condiments.. I don't know if you have a store manager, but if so this person needs to be fired. I am NEVER having burger king again because of your specific franchise. Please spare me your generic "we are sad" and "100% committed" reply. You need to sort your franchise out or you are going to lose it.

Terrible service once again..they forgot my nacho fries, and in a haste threw something together but took my burger out of the packet and placed it back on the shelf. They then proceeded to give the bag back without my burger? Very disappointed, and the food was definitely not worth it! Never going back

The beef burgers are excellent (I can't comment on the chicken burgers, I've never ordered one), as a fast food take out this definitely surpasses all expectations. The prices are also decent.
The service is good and the staff are friendly. I do however think that the upstairs seating needs some attention, the seat covers are in poor condition and a mop and bucket against the wall on the dining room floor is poor taste, a bit of house keeping is in order.
There's parking but not plentiful so you could fined yourself driving around looking for a spot especially when they're busy or simply parking in the lifestyle parking lot and taking a short walk.

We went through the drive through and it was really busy. We waited at the window for our food for 15 minutes. Sitting in the car, watching the staff having a fat chat and laugh with absolutely no urgency to get orders going and get the food out. One staff member even had a nibble on something while getting orders ready. Very busy talking and laughing while keeping people waiting for food. No communication with patrons to say it may take some time to get our food. Very disappointing, to say the least.

overall appearance of the place was untidy and unkept, staff are noisy and rowdy, we had to return the nacho fries, found hair in it. our burgers were cold and tastless they had no Mayo, No mountain dew and no 7up. the aircon was on 30° it felt like we were sitting in a boiler room

Last 3 times I've gone, they either took over 15 minutes to fill an order, they gave me the wrong order, or yesterday they gave me an extremely stale rock hard bun with my burger. Definitely won't be going back.

What a circus it is to get food from this place. Chaotic and indifferent attitude from staff. Burgers were stone cold, order not complete. Mr D pickup guys were allowed to block the entire collection counter as if order numbers don't get called out when ready. We won't be going back.
