WOW, WOW, WOW! Super impressed by service and the great tasting KFC. Had issues with the app this evening and Pam (store manager) came to my rescue. This branch focuses on great customer service. Well done and please keep up the good work!

Loved it. I asked for 10 Dunked wings and got like a lot, so no complaints there ????. Service was perfect and fast as I went through the drive-thru and the staff were happy to help. Happy all around.

The drive-through needs a better mic and speaker setup. Half of my order was wrong because the lady didn't hear properly. My order wasn't even read back to me so that I can make sure if all is 100% to my order. Unfortunately this is a let down.

Always get fast efficient service and the correct order from friendly staff.
The chicke and chips nicely done.
Never tried any other menu items yet.

After our paintballing session we needed food and went to KFC Okavango Cape Gate. The service was excellent, the food was freshly prepared and no long wait. One staff member, Faldielah was the epitome of what a customer service consultant should be. Friendly, smiley, extremely helpful, very attentive to her customers needs and willing to assist in whatever we needed. We were 19 people in all and she cleared a space so that all of us could sit together and eat. A HUGE THANK YOU to the staff of KFC OKAVANGO

Must say the staff here are very much more supportive then the branch at On Darwen in Kraaifontein. They very polite and comprehensive. Will definitely go hear for breakfast options. ????
