They have a large selection of groceries, fresh and frozen meat, dairy products, fresh fruit and veg, shoes, clothing, electronic products and home and garden products. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient and there is lots of parking. Prices are good, especially their special offers.

It was a pleasant experience. There were many bargins with the multiple product savings. There were some products which were not available due to the shortage of supplies. Some of these were as a result of the floods in KZN. The staff was very helpful when I needed assistance in finding some of the purchases I made. Definitely a good place for quality service and product value ????.

So now close to month now and we have speaking to accounts manager Althea has done a refund for us for large amount still have not received it then got Branch manager involved Heinrich Lillie promised to call us back with regards to our refund yet no reply and this morning to get this sorted they go see another online for what I don't know but not bother with us because they can mess us around and head office is just so useless because we still done have money and it's small amount it's thousands

Staff at the bicycle section not trained on the products and not able to answer with my questions.
Took 15mins to fetch the bicycle from the store-room, then comes back with damaged box. Then took another 30mins to get another box.
All this and the bicycle is on sale, you’d expect these bikes to be ready to go.
Finally I get home, after assembling the bike I find there’s a defect / cut in the tube around the valve and therefore unable to inflate.

I ordered a dishwasher online from Makro. My order was processed immediately and I received daily emails and SMS's regarding the progress of my order. It arrived 2 days later in good condition. The constant communication and ability to track your order really made it a wonderful shopping experience.

Good location diagonally across the road from the Cape Gate Shopping centre. Within close proximity to several residential areas in the northern suburbs. Ample parking space available in front of the building. Inside you will find all the different products and services one would expect from Makro. Staff is friendly and helpful.
