Don’t bother trying to get a watch battery replacement here after 5pm or on the weekend - the “technician” is never there outside of normal working hours. A bit pointless really.

Extremely bad customer service at the Canal Walk branch. I was genuinely interested in buying an item from them and due to a lack of professionalism and Customer care I opted to go with a different store!

I then addressed it on the Whatsapp Customer service line and they blocked me???? How professional???

What a wonderful experience in today's times, staff very helpful,friendly and knowledgeable what they have and knew exactly where it was in the shop and asked me what I needed and price range I was looking at, I walked out with more items that I needed at fantastic prices

Service is excellent... But not so happy about the ring I bought... Took it back cos of stones that fell out..Was.fixed then fell out again.. Then the stones came loose.. The ring went in for repairs and still not 100%.will see what happens after a month or 2

I've been to 8 jewellery stores on search for weddings rings and none of them treated me with such good customer service as the sales assistant Rushana at their Canal Walk branch. She gave me the time to browse their collection and when I was ready, she assisted with patience and took the time to let me try on whatever I wanted. Unlike some of the other jewellery stores, she didn't look at me funny when I kept asking what the price is as I was on a budget. And the best part was that she gave some really good advice regarding ring resizing, which I highly appreciated. This experience was so different compared to other jewellery stores where when you tell them you're looking for a wedding ring and they show you the most expensive collection. Not everyone has an extra R20 k lying around you know. All in all I was 100% satisfied with the Canal Walk branches experience and will be going back at a later stage to resize. Very helpfull staff even though i had to return my ring 2 times...greatfull to Roxanne and her staff for making my exchange possible.
