The wait staff was OK but the food was terrible added to the fact they were out of stock on basics like mashed potato. And then they don't tell you they just bring a lamb shank and fries!!!!. They don't have basic drinks like coke or appetizer. They tried to give me a dessert meant to have a lime sorbet but instead I got vanilla ice cream. We booked in advance but I will never ever go back there

Steak's presentation and taste was good, however as a Lover of desserts, I must say this is not the best I've tasted. Tried the Cheesecake BUT was a bit rubbery and the "red velvet" dry.
Cream cheese frosting is a better option with red velvet. Desserts are overpriced for size. Rather support a local entrepreneur and buy cakes from there.
Seemed a bit stale. For the portion in the pics (or just a bit more) averaged at R70 each. Other cakes vary in price but most start at R70. Decor is nice though and will make pretty pics for you instagrammers.

Main meals are overpriced. Food was very average and portions are tiny. There must have been 4 chips on my plate with the rib eye.steak. chicken and prawn curry was also not flavourful. Lamb shank had no flavourful at all. We had creme Brulee..i could have scooped it all up in one dessert spoon..that's how little dessert there was in the bowl...we also waited over an hour for our meal and the restaurant was not that busy. Definitely not worth the money we paid!

The menu was a bit disappointing for a 5* Restaurant. Not a wide variety of choices. same goes for the starters, and drinks. This was once sort after Restaurant but the service and quality has definitely gone down.

Extremely dissapointing. Saw all the experiences that bloggers had and when we ate there the food was quite disappointed. They charge upper class prices and deliver very average and bland food. All of our steaks were flavourless and came with literally 5 fries. I also asked for mid-rare steak and I got it well-done, steak was also served cold as well as the 5 fries. Portions are tiny as well. Chicken and prawn curry extremely bland as well. Lamb shank was very bland. We ordered creme brulee and the dish it came in was half filled with the dessert. Very very disappointed and not worth it. We also waited nearly 2 hours for food and we were one of three families in the restaurant.

We had an exceptional time. Service was excellent. The food is appealing to the eye and filling to the stomach. It is well seasoned. Perfect date night place. The environment is intimate and good setting to set the mood for a romantic night out. Well deserved 5 star. Looking forward to visit soon.
