Read the Reviews about Staff.. seems we didn't have a problem.. they seem nice and willing.. Queue is non stop because everything is R12.. so the ladies working there are basically standing and working all day no breaks.. drinks were nice

The rating is based on service from a particular staff member, her customer service is horrible, firstly you have to repeat your order several times, as she's more concerned about her conversations with colleagues, third time that I was assisted by this individual with braids and glasses, please train her basic customer service! It's highly unprofessional! Products are fresh and well priced but lack of customer service leaves a bitter aftertaste.

The coffee is absolutely delicious and flavorful and the price is amazing for the value. The pastries were totally scrumptious, speedy service with a smile. We will definitely go back

If I could give 0/5 I would… I ordered a custard danish but I received a danish with no custard only syrup which means it was probably a few days old and they were trying to get rid of it… always check your food without walking away.

I love this place. You can literally get everything for R10 ????. I must say that it is low price and good quality food. Everything a person could ask for. I tasted a custard croissant for the first time and I love it, I wanted more. They have a variety of sweet and savory bites and drinks. I got a blueberry muffin; although, it was too sweet it was still moist and delicious. The cookie was good too. I plan to taste everything in their menu. I don’t drink coffee so I can’t comment on that. Overall I think it a great place to grab a quick snack and a cup of coffee.

This place used to be great, unfortunately the service from one particular employee has made it unbearable to even come here for coffee with her poor customer etiquette and disrespectful attitude, more interested in chatting to her friends than assisting the people waiting in line. It is the young female with glasses. Everytime I come here and she's here it is most unpleasant, I am not the only one to have complained.

The customer service from the ladies that work at the xpresso in canal walk(close to game) was terrible, the lady at the till raised her voice at me and we took a iced coffee back as it tasted sour and off, the ladies taste tested it and told us it tasted fine to them when it clearly wasn’t and refused to help or change the order for us, im highly dissatisfied and wont be going back. There bad customer service has happened on numerous occasions and ive never left this xpresso satisfied.
