Beautiful store, wonderful range of coffees, but customer service was really poor last night. I was the only customer In the store before 8pm and I was made to feel really unwelcome, as if the staff were in a hurry to get me out.
I called the call center and asked about whether this store did tastings if I was unsure whether to buy a sleeve. I was informed that all stores that did tastings would have the full range of coffee available. This is not so as the lady assisting me told me that I had missed the tastings and was very dismissive about it, as if I shouldn't waste her time.
Given that I was unable to do the tastings, I asked her advice on coffees similar to our preferred brand and started ordering. Half way through my ordering (while I was still looking and inquiring about the coffees) she rang up the total and announced it as if to say, "it's time to leave." I really hope Nespresso knows that if other customers are to experience what I have experienced, that they will be losing a lot of money. Any thoughts Nespresso?
