Update: After complaining Donovan, one of the owners phoned me and we discussed the experience we had. He offered us a R200 voucher and obviously took our chat very seriously! We went there last night and it was like walking into a different restaurant. Friendliest staff, amazingly clean, the child minors are extremely friendly and so good with the kiddies. There were two child minors when we we got there and a new lady who started when they left and they all went out of their way to keep the kiddos happy. I am really impressed and we will definitely be back! I love it when a restaurant can take criticism and use it to change things. Thank you to all the staff and especially to Donovan for this wonderful experience!
What an awful experience we had at Panarottis Cape Gate on Sunday the 10 th of July. First of all our waiter made it very clear that are on a go slow because most of them are babbelas after the rugby from the previous night. The restaurant was so dirty that I almost didn't want to eat there. The child minor was on her phone the whole night and although there was still a lot of kids playing in the play area she couldn't wait to leave. We had terrible service from our waiter and her answer to not being around was that she had a table that was full of k@k and she is still feeling a bit tired after her rough Saturday night. Definitely no professionalism and we will definitely not be returning.
