When it comes to take away sit-down and eat. Burger king still need to catch up to the big boys.
Customer service from the staff is very positive and i can say I enjoyed the bubbly assistance of Nandipha Maswana (she gave me permissionto use her name), who took initiative when i told here to choose my meal for me and told her what i feel like eating. She knew the menu and she gave variations. The meals she chose where totally AMAZING!

Burger king still stands as #1 in the Burger frontier for the fast food franchise. Just dont like the fact that they have changed the beef patties ingredients to the same as MC Donalds.

The store appearance itself could do better.
NOT VERY CLEAN.

They only started cleaning when the store was close to closing.
But I can give an extra thumbs up on customer care, since no one tried to rush us to leave at closing time

Uber Eats delivery of my lunch and it was not what I ordered including the drinks. They blamed Uber Eats for this order. I think Uber prepares their food as well.

The store is neat and the staff are friendly and efficient.
We always get the Whopper and it's always good.
Make sure you get seating in the communal seating area as they don't have in-house seating.
Always a good bet if we want something quick and relatively healthy lol.

Order number 39435 - Cape Gate Lifestyle Drive Thru,
Around 3km from where we stay.
Our food was cold and Bacon BBQ Pepper Jack Burger came with no rocket, which is the main reason my partner ordered that burger.

One of the few take-out diners where the vegan option is actually edible ????. Does not lack in taste or presentation and is delicious. The diner is clean and the staff super friendly and helpful ????

Just got an Uber Eats delivery from Burger King Cape Gate. The fries and burgers were cold. On the app I requested no onions. On the slip it states extra onions. Plus a long hair in my nuggets. This shop will never see me again. Nor any online orders. At least the Pepsi was cold.

I ordered the Chicken Hot Chili lovers burger via bolt Food, Honestly I could not have been more disappointed.
For the amount of money I spent, I expected a fairly decent meal.
The bun was dry, the burger had very little so called “Tabasco” sauce on AND the portion was very small.
Honestly the taste wasn’t great.
Logged a complaint with customer care regarding the product quality.
Refer complaint to Bolt Food, Their only response.....
Pathetic.
