Unfortunately shocking experience; I received my food 15 minutes after my husband and strangely enough I ordered a salad and he ordered prawns. If they experienced a problem in the kitchen protocol should be to not start with other diner's meal and serve it. And communicate with your diners.

I visited your ocean basket on Mothers day and was so disappointed in the way your manager behaved. I think she was the manager based on the way she was speaking to your waiters and waitresses. The waiters who assisted us were so nice but that manager with the pink top and black tights/jeans was so rude.

We were waiting for our food and she was speaking so loudly and belittling the staff. Very unprofessional and so unpleasant. The waiter just handed our food off to us without thanking us for our purchase or saying goodbye which was not his fault. The manager kept shouting to him even whilst he was trying to get our food to us. Instead of just asking him to come see her after he had handed the food off to us, she kept shouting, making the whole experience very unpleasant.

I have always enjoyed ocean basket cape gate and will continue to support them but that manager seriously needs to get rid of that power trip she's on.

We’re regulars at this restaurant u0026 the food is always delicious. But the reason we always go back is for the excellent u0026 friendly service from the waiters.. Courage u0026 Lesley.. you are absolute stars ????????

I loved it there! The food was amazing but what made the experience the most amazing was the friendly staff. Laila/leile (forgot her names spelling) was great. She told us all about the food that we asked and made sure that I got no avo in my system. She was very well informed and one could really see that she was doing her best. She was very friendly also. She made our experience there very nice. Thank you Laila/Leile for being so amazing. And a shout out to the chef too who made the amazing food.

What a disappointment, I ordered 2 x meals for one and in one the fish was smaller than half my hand and the other not even the size of my hand, AND I HAVE SMALL HANDS..they advertise that meal very differently. Wish I could upload a photo so the public can see what they get at your franchise for that price!

The service was terrific however the food served was lacking. It was too salty and not as I was accustomed to experiencing in the past. I doubt I'll return.
