Couple of time now where there is almost no veg in to dish. Today's order missing veg yet again.

Dish is mostly only noodles.

Placed an order on Uber Eats and the location calls me an hour and a half later to tell me they cannot make my order because I ordered sushi (available on Uber Eats) and they don’t make sushi. So I have to cancel my order on Uber Eats. Uber tells me a driver is already on the way so I can’t cancel my order, yet Simply Asia still refuses to make my order and says I have to wait for the Uber driver to get there then cancel my order. Ridiculous, what a waste of my time.

The food tasted like sadness. The best part of the 5 spice ramen was the celery. The broth and the meat did not taste nice and some of the veg was still raw. I forced myself to eat it cause it was expensive but i stopped cause i started feeling sick. And i love Ramen and 2min noodle. Disappointment.

The service was so good here. I am very impressed.

I even brought my sister here. The lady that assisted me was so nice with correcting a mistake. That I did not even noticed.

She gave me hope again for the service industry.

All the stars go to her. She really did her best in being helpfull to her customers.

No idea what they are doing. Ordered a 515 with beef on the phone. Confirmed with the lady behind the counter upon pickup if it was beef I was told yes. Was charged for beef. Lo and behold when I got home there was nary a beef piece in sight, but was chicken. Second time I have experienced this at a simply asia. Beware to confirm by opening the box and looking at your order because these are apparently the lengths we have to go to. Unfortunately for you simply asia this time I am on leave and have the time to waste to make my way to your store and cause a hullabaloo tomorrow. See you then!

Food is not bad, but I have better especially from Simply Asia. Service was fast, friendly and efficient, made it go from 2 to 3 star.

The green curry was not full flavoured and medium was almost without chilli, not the taste I expect from Simply Asia. The hot tom yum soup was delicious and was not very hot but still left a tingle on the lips.
Thanks for exchanging my rice for veg!
