We had a wonderful safe evening in the clean and hygienic environment. We were offered gluten free meals that is currently available on the menu. Efficient and fast service by our waiter Duwayne , excellent service and went the extra mile to ensure we got what we ordered. We will definitely recommend to family and friends as the the ladies in the kitchen behind the scene is doing their very best. Really a place for the whole family. Lovely play area for the children:) Thank you for a pleasant time!

What a disaster. Cold coffee and half the plate is cold. Too scared they would do something to the food if you send it back. no control over the play area. Big bodied men, (not adult) playing on games meant for children and when you notify management, they still do f. All. And DO NOT disturb the cashier when she is busy on her phone. You will get a look from hell as if you owe her for taking up her time.(work time) Stay away from this s. Hole.

Had my kids birthday party there. Service was a bit slow but the place was full. Overall we really enjoyed it. Kids were happy and so were the adults.

Really not well managed, waited about 10 minutes before having to get up twice to ask to have someone come and take our order. Also the play area is very disorganized - big kids that are way to old to be playing
in a play area are allowed to run around wildly in the play gym knocking over the toddlers, some of them just sitting in the play gym on cellphones! When I complained about it to the lady who was in charge of the playroom she pointed out my child to all of the kids which I felt was completely wrong! The food was also not that great , the pizza bases were paper thin, could not even pick it up without the toppings falling off and bland tasting, definitely will not be back!

The food was delicious.
Play area good.
Speed of the Service can definitely be improved.
Please always Insist on a bill reflecting the amount they are expecting you to pay.

What was concerning was that the waitress told me 1 pizza was not reflecting due to 'a technical issue'. I needed to just add the amount for that 1 pizza to the total reflecting on the bill. i.e. add R79. I refused and requested that she add the amount to the bill. She stated this wasn't possible so i asked her to bring me the bill for that 1pizza on a separate bill. She proceeded to bring me a bill for a single pizza - but not the type of pizza we even ordered(i suspect this was someone else's bill which she just reprinted). I refused this and asked her to fix it. She eventually brought it after much hesitation. My thing is, are they just pocketing that 'missing' pizza cost? R79 x a few tables, every shift can eventually add up to a nice FAT tip straight into her pocket. This is not the first time this happened to me- which is why i was hesitant.
In the end she still received a tip for the service because the overall experience was good and they did allow us to bring in a cake to celebrate my husbands birthday.

I'm neither a pizza nor pasta fan, but a friend suggested Panarottis. She drives a hard bargain and she was paying, so off we went. The shop is nice and spacious, with a camera that monitors the play area and the open floor layout adds a level of transparency that makes you trust the restaurant more - you can see the kitchen, where the staff are and what is being discussed. We had a great server - Taine, who was very helpful with food suggestions and made sure I got the coffee just the way I like it.

We ordered the Chicken Supreme sub (the halaal option has pressed beef instead of ham) and the Chicken Milano pasta. The pasta was perfectly cooked and tossed into a rich and creamy cheese sauce; the peppers added texture and colour as well. The sub was lightly toasted, the chicken was well cooked and the cheese was a great addition. The food was exceptionally seasoned, although they do have condiments and all on the table, and we'll prepared. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal: it was big on taste and flavour! I'm so happy with everything that I'm planning on taking someone there as soon as I get the chance. Heard the milkshakes are great as well. The food items around the restaurant gives it a Mom-and-Pop style diner feel. Or live you've traveled back in time to some store.
