All the Vodacom branches suck except this one. Anees Fataar was very customer service orientated and friendly! I've always come back to this branch time and time again, I would rather stand in a line than to go to a different branch. I've been with Vodacom for many years and have only ever been happy with this store. Thank you for excellent service, keep it up!

I visited this shop to ask about a problem I was having with my phone. On entering the shop there were two consultants busy with customers. Neither looked up or greated me. After waiting about 4 minutes the one consultant got up and went to the staff door but only stuck her head inside but I couldn't hear what she was saying.
However I could hear voices coming from there. She then returned to her desk without saying a word. After another 3 minutes of standing waiting I gave up and walked out. But I promised myself I will never return.

I have been struggling with Vodacom, and someone told me to try this branch, and they were fantastic and managed to help me. Excellent service and really look at the best interest of the client.

Came in to Vodacom this morning. No help at ALL. No one even greeted or acknowledged that I was waiting to be helped. Lady who I was sent to wasn't even willing to assist me. No options given, doesn't seem like they want to make sales. Cellular City opposite is MUCH better! Don't waste your time at this shop.
