Cellucity Kenilworth has the best customer service. Wesley was very friendly, efficient. He always responds to emails and queries and he got me setup and out of the shop within 30 mins. Well Done to the management and staff!!

AT CELLUcity ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFULL AND FRIENDLY BUT WESLEY IS THE SHINING STAR IN THE SHOP. HE ATTENDED TO ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS IN NO TIME EVERYTHING WAS DONE. HE IS VERY EFFICIENT AND REALY LOVE HIS WORK.ITS SUCH A PLEASURE TO DO A CONTRACT OR IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PHONE OR BUY ANYTHING IN THE SHOP YOU GET SORTED QUICKLY. Outstanding service received from Miguel at Cellucity Kenilworth. After having endless problems with Vodacom for almost a month of 'no stock' issues, he assisted me immediately and within 24hrs I received my device including a great contract. Fast, efficient and friendly service.

My husband went to your Kenilworth branch needing a new phone badly. He had no idea which phone was best suited to he's needs but Wesley Derris went above and beyond he's duty explaining everything and went out of he's way to get everything done for him that my husband even ended up taking 2 phones. Everything was done so efficiently. He is really an asset to your company. We have received amazing service from him and I would recommend Cellucity anytime just because of the service we received from him. Keep up the excellent work Wesley. I would recommend that you make your purchases at this store, they are not just about the commission. The customer service is AMAZING!!!Miguel and Kauthar have gone above and beyond to help me...Even walked me to my car because I was feeling a bit insecure about walking with my merchandise... GREAT WORK GUYS!!!! I left there feeling valued, I was excited about my purchases and they gave me value for money!!!
