After being away for a very long time I was pleasantly satisfied today! I loved my chicken schnitzel and the Brownie was delicious! Service was friendly, fast and efficient! Smiles all around and good food! Thanks Topeka Spur!

The restaurant is big with family size tables. The staff was attentive and pleasant. On a sunny day the seats next to the windows get too hot. We asked to be moved to a shaded area.
Might be a good idea for the store get some blinds on that side of the windows.

They have a cool play area however it had a very bad smell to it.
It could do with a refresher or a deep clean and have some aircon in the area.

The food was ok I ordered the chicken and tbone steak. The chicken was succulant and tasty. The steak was tuff and not great tasting which was a bit dissappointing.

The kids size ribs look good and the nachos was ok.

The guava shake was delish!

Visited with mY daughter and grandson. Ribs serving for a child is such a lovely portion...my burger meal was so tasty. Mushroom started with Texan spice was lovely...lovely friendly staff. Lovely vibe ..

Spur has been around for as long as I can remember. I revisited the place that holds many childhood memories. Today was excellent. My waiter was patient, kind and sought to my every need. This includes the manager that assisted when I requested my steak to be sent back and done the way I want it. They delivered. Good food, great service. Perfect for the family. Keep it up. They do have off days, luckily today was not that day.

On the 1st of june i visited spur in kenilworth centre around 9 .I thought let me spoil myself a bit seeing that it is my birthday im going to eat breakfast because im starting to work at 10. The waiter arrived i told him its my birthday i would like the breakfast which was r120 ranch breakfast.He was so nonchalant He kept on asking do you want something to drink ,everytime he passed me thats all he asks,dont spur even recognise customers when its your birthday anymre not to mention i ddnt mind the singing but just a wish would of mean alot about the customer service aswell.I then greeted the lady on my way an asked her if she was the manager she sed yes i told her that the steak was so tasteless an small its not even funny my chips could be counted i mean for that price not worth it,i asked her dont spur even do something when its your birthday anymre she then shouted to the waiter an told me to wait for a icream ...oh my word ,like really know an she said she would look into the matter about the food that was tastless..the sausage had no flavour whatsoever!!! Look at the chips in the pic!..We were gna take the family for supper aswell at spur so i said no.I told the lady which was working at the breakfast counter that the food is not nice at all and she asked if the manager is going to sort me out meaning maybe a delicious brekki ..no she only brought the icecream in a take away cup. I was so dissipointed an my birthday started off that bad.not to mention my breakfast was so cold and i did not have time still to wait again because i needed to do other things before heading to work.

The breakfast sausage is definitely way too small. Everything else was good, my son especially enjoyed the steak but as mentioned, the sausage on the trail blazer breakfast is too small.

Always a good experience with friendly staff! Our favourite waiter is Yannick-definitely knows all about customer care and how to keep clients happy:)
