The shop is well stocked, neat and tidy and the staff friendly and attentive. I had a slice of carrot cake with a cup of tea - delicious. Go and treat yourself to some lovely cake. They have wide selection of beautiful teapots, mugs, cups etc. Perfect for gifting friends or yourself.

Service is terrible, ordered 2 bottemless coffee's and waited about 10min after the first cup was finished. When they eventually refilled our cups, the one cup was filled normally and mine was only half full. Its not like this shop is very busy too...the staff choose to go into the mall instead of helping customers.

Great warm , welcome by Leticia who remembered me from two years ago . I was both pleased and humbled that I was remembered .

Today, the 12th May, I visited them, for the 3rd time, and will continue to support them, whenever I can.
The reasons:
1. It is clear that, they introduced the cake special, because as a successfull business, they understand that everybody has to take a cut in profits - as employees have had to do during Covid.
2. The staff were attentive and interested in the clients that came in. They engaged.

I usually have a pleasant experience here, but today was very disappointing. As I walked in I saw four ladies talking and laughing while busy with a cellular phone. I went to the shelf to look for something. As took what I needed and went to the paypoint where they were still busy on a cellphone and laughing at whatever they were sharing. First the staff attending was unable to find the code and price for my item. While this is going on the talking and laughing in a language I don't understand continued. Finally I was given a price which seemed exorbitant. I checked on my phone and found the price to be three times that of three other shops (R59 compared to R161). I then decided to abort the mission and went to buy it at another shop.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have various flavours of coffee and teas. My favourite thusfar is Tuscany is absolutely devine.
